12/21/2012 - Version 1.4 of SprinklerAce is now available!

Please make sure you upgrade your IrrigationCaddy firmware to the latest: ICEthS1-1.2.171. Go to the IrrigationCaddy Documentation page for the latest IrrigationCaddy firmware.

If you use an OpenSprinkler controller, please update your firmware to version 1.82. Go to the OpenSprinkler Firmware Update page for more information.

Controller Authentication

EtherRain controllers require the entry of an Authentication Username, which must be “admin” and an Authentication Password which by default it “pw”. If the EtherRain controller was automatically discovered by SprinklerAce, the controller name, IP address, port number and Authentication Username will all be unchangeable.

OpenSprinkler controllers do not use an Authentication Username when adding a new controller so that field may be left blank.

IrrigationCaddy controllers require the entry of an Authentication Username and Authentication Password if the IrrigationCaddy Settings>Authentication “Use Authentication” option is enabled.
